In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual user account registered on vc9991 through which a Player accesses Platform services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or match bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account, distinct from real-money deposits.

vc9991 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to confirm the identity, age, and source of funds of its Players. The following conditions apply:

1. KYC verification must be completed before a Player may process their first withdrawal. vc9991 may request KYC documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, upon reaching specified deposit thresholds, or when unusual account activity is detected.
2. Accepted KYC documents include: a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address; and, where required, documentation evidencing source of funds.
3. vc9991 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete and legible documentation. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for additional information, resetting the review period.

5.1 Deposits

vc9991 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time under normal operating conditions. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• vc9991 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within 15 minutes under standard operating conditions. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the vc9991 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly forbidden.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed at the point of request. Maximum daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply and are communicated within the Account portal.
• Real-money funds deposited but not yet subject to any wagering activity may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification and standard processing conditions.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.

7. The following general rules govern all Bets and gaming activity on vc9991. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the Platform.

1. All Bets are final once confirmed. vc9991 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed Bet except in circumstances where the Platform has made a manifest error (see clause 7.4 below).
2. vc9991 reserves the right to limit the maximum Bet size on any market, event, or game at its sole discretion, including retrospectively for Accounts displaying patterns consistent with professional advantage play or arbitrage.
3. In-play (live) Bets are subject to the specific market rules applicable at the time of placement. vc9991 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
4. Manifest Errors: vc9991 strives to maintain accurate odds and game data. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect scorelines used to settle Bets, or technical malfunctions causing incorrect game outcomes — vc9991 reserves the right to void affected Bets and return stakes. This right applies regardless of whether the error was exploited intentionally or inadvertently.
5. vc9991 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all virtual and non-live casino games. RNG systems are audited by independent testing agencies. Live casino games are conducted via third-party licensed studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi.
6. For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets: if one leg of a parlay is voided, the parlay continues with reduced odds calculated across the remaining legs. If only one non-void leg remains, the bet is settled as a single.

• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies (including "arbing" across markets or platforms) in a manner that constitutes systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or ongoing account operation.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymization service to circumvent geo-restrictions or security measures.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing vc9991 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the vc9991 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, text, software, databases, game content, and underlying code — is the exclusive property of vc9991 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from vc9991.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the vc9991 brand, logo, or any associated marks in any commercial context without written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of Platform content or intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your license to use the Platform and may give rise to legal claims.
